Panels are a simple way for your users to open tickets. They require only a single click to add a reaction, and a ticket will automatically open. Additionally, premium users can create multiple panels that open tickets in different channel categories, such that you can provide support for multiple services through a single Discord server whilst maintaining an organised channel setup.
Creating a panel
Firstly, head over to the web UI to configure the panel settings. You are able to edit the following options:
- Embed Title
- Embed Content
- Embed Colour
- Reaction Emoji
- Ticket Channel Category
- Channel the panel will be created in
Once you have configured the settings to your liking, simply click the submit button, and the panel will appear in the channel you specified and is ready to use.
